Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. They apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the T&C set out below.

Prices

All product prices are shown including and excluding VAT. Delivery costs will be calculated once the order is completed at the checkout stage (with the exception for oversaes deliveries). For overseas deliveries we will contact you to discuss carriage costs once you have placed your order and carriage charges will be invoiced separately.

We may occasionally make a mistake and misprice a product. Where we have under priced a product (provided that we notify you before despatch) we will not be liable to to supply that product to you at the stated price. Should a product be overpriced any monies paid over and above the correct amount will be refunded. In the circumstances mentioned we reserve the right to cancel your order. In the event of an order cancellation we will provide you with a full refund for the amount already paid for that product. 

Payment

All payments must be paid in full and in advance before goods are dispatched. We accept Visa, Visa Direct Debit, Maestro, Solo, Switch, Delta and Paypal.

Returns / Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order with us at anytime before the expiry of 7 working days from the day after the goods are delivered to you. You must let us know your wish to cancel by letter, fax or email. The amount you have been charged will be repaid to you within 30 days. You must return the goods. The return postage will be at your cost. Please return goods with original packaging. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods that you are returning. Please read the section 'Delivery and Returns'.

Shoes/Clothes

Please note when purchasing footwear, they should be tried on/inspected indoors on a clean non abrasive floor. Clothing may be tried on for fitting puposes only and should be returned as new with original packaging.

Our rights

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and or change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any changes to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.
